H8 Lightbar

Satloc’s H8 Lightbar is an excellent option for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. It is designed with an attachable visor that the pilot can remove when desired. The H8 works with Satloc Falcon and Satloc G4 GPS Systems and is meant to be mounted inside an aircraft. Please note that it is not waterproof.

H8 Capabilities with Satloc GPS Systems

Falcon

The Satloc H8 Lightbar, when used with Satloc Falcon, has four customizable display windows for selected data: AgLaser new LEDs, obstacle awareness, heading angle, cross-track distance, spray rate, area sprayed, volume remaining, laser altimeter height, and much more.

G4

When used with Satloc G4, the Satloc H8 Lightbar has four customizable display windows for selected data: heading angle, cross-track distance, spray rate, area sprayed, volume remaining, laser altimeter height, and more.

AgLaser Display

The H8, working with the Falcon, uses new LED lights to “chase” up or down, indicating height above canopy correction from AgLaser input. This enables the pilot to easily meet elevation requirements with peripheral vision.

Faster Communication

In conjunction with the Satloc Falcon, the H8 is smarter and faster, allowing the pilot more response time to ensure better precision application.

Raising the Safety Bar

By communicating with the Satloc Falcon CPU’s ADS-B In, the H8 visually alerts pilots of nearby aircraft. This safety feature, indicated through ADSB, significantly raises the safety bar for ag pilots, providing a sense of security and protection.
